This study discusses the design and development of a web-based Learning Management System (LMS) at PT. Koding Next Indonesia is using the Bootstrap framework and PHP Native. The LMS is designed to address coordination issues, scattered information management, and inefficient scheduling processes within the company. The system includes key features such as scheduling, data organization, and communication tools that facilitate interaction between management and instructors. With the implementation of this LMS, scheduling and data management can be conducted in a more structured, accessible, and efficient manner. The prototyping method is used to ensure a step-by-step development process with continuous evaluation and improvement aligned with the company's needs. Additionally, PHP is primarily used to build a responsive, user-friendly interface to enhance the user experience. The results indicate that integrating a web-based LMS can improve coordination, streamline data management, and enhance operational efficiency in digital learning at PT. Koding Next Indonesia. This LMS also provides flexibility in academic and administrative management, thereby improving teaching effectiveness and increasing instructors' productivity within the company.
