HIRARKI WILAYAH PRIORITAS PENANGULANGAN KEMISKINAN BERDASARKAN INFRASTRUKTUR DASAR DI KECAMATAN ARGOMULYO, SALATIGA TAHUN 2020

Abstract

The poverty rate of Salatiga City in 2016-2019 showed a decreasing trend, however, in 2020 there was an increase of 0.18% from 4.76% in 2019 to 4.94% in 2020. Explicitly poverty can be viewed from various sectors , one of which is the basic infrastructure sector. Regions with better infrastructure systems often have good rates of economic growth and welfare, on the other hand, when compared to regions with limited infrastructure, which affects the welfare of their people. This study aims to carry out a hierarchy of poor areas or poverty zoning based on basic infrastructure aspects, with a study unit in Argomulyo District, Salatiga City. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with the principle of scaling (scaling/scaling technique) on the variables determining social welfare in the basic infrastructure sector which is sourced from the Integrated Data for Social Welfare (IDSW) of Salatiga City in 2020. The results of this study indicate that Kelurahan Kumpulrejo is the first priority area in the intervention of poverty reduction programs based on the basic infrastructure sector in Argomulyo District, Salatiga City in 2020. The sub-district areas that are the second priority are Noborejo, Tegalrejo and Ledok Villages. While the third priority is in the Villages of Randuacir and Cebongan. The zoning based on the basic infrastructure sector becomes the basis for proposals or recommendations for relevant program interventions.
