LUMBUNG TULUNG TINULUNG: PENGUATAN MODAL SOSIAL MASYARAKAT KUMPULREJO SAAT PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the strengthening of the social capital of the people of Kumpulrejo Urban Village, Salatiga City to face the Covid-19 Pandemic using the concept of social capital, namely trust, norms, networks. Qualitative descriptive research method by collecting interview data and going into the field. The emergence of the Lumbung Tulung Tinulung movement was based on the values ​​of life that were mutually agreed upon and developed in the Kumpulrejo community, namely concern for the surrounding environment. The results of the study show that trust as an element in social capital is a fundamental element in building and strengthening the Tulung Tinulung Lumbung program. Norms as social capital are marked by the existence of basic values ​​in the Kumpulrejo society which binds both internal and external. Networking as one of the elements of social capital is seen from the strengthening of the role of the Tulung Tinulung Lumbung not only as a place to collect and distribute foodstuffs into a program and movement capable of educating the public as well as building and fostering networks between actors. The conclusion that the establishment of the Tulung Tinulung Lumbung is one of the steps in order to build the resilience of the people of Kumpulrejo Village in facing the Covid-19 pandemic based on the concept of social capital.
