Implementasi Supervisi Akademik Melalui Platform Pengelolaan Kinerja Guru

Academic supervision carried out by the principal plays a strategic role in supporting teachers' teaching practices. The use of digital platforms through teacher performance management in academic supervision allows principals to plan, observe, evaluate, and provide feedback more systematically and data-driven. This study aims to describe and analyze the stages of planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up of academic supervision through a digital platform. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data analysis techniques use the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. Data are collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document studies, then reduced, presented, and conclusions are drawn based on source triangulation. The findings indicate that supervision planning through a digital platform is designed systematically and participatory, implementation is based on observation and feedback, and follow-up includes special training and mentoring. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of the digital platform as an instrument for continuous, transparent, and accountable development. The conclusion of this study shows that academic supervision from planning, implementation, and follow-up through the Teacher Performance Management Platform is data-driven as a development strategy oriented towards improving teacher professionalism and learning quality. The recommendation is to develop a comprehensive supervision evaluation instrument that integrates quantitative and qualitative data.
