Journal History

At the start of the publishing, SCHOLARIA: Jurnal Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan obtained ISSN 2088-3439 as its serial number which was first used in Volume 1, May 2011. The name of the journal was SCHOLARIA. Hence, the name of the journal become SCHOLARIA: Jurnal Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan. The addition of this subtitle was intended to emphasize the focus and scope of the journal, not to change the contents of the journal. However, even though subtitles were added, the substance and scope was a continuation of the previous issues. In 2017,  separated ISSN were requested for both printed and online version of the journal, and based on the Decision of the Indonesian Institute of Sciences, SCHOLARIA obtained ISSN 2088-3439 (for the printed version) and ISSN 2549-5417 (for the online version). To clarify, even though the new ISSN (online version, e-ISSN) includes the name SCHOLARIA with the addition of the subtitle Jurnal Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, the current SCHOLARIA remains the same as the previous journal, due to a substantial continuation with the previous SCHOLARIA published by the Elementary School Teacher Education Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana. SCHOLARIA is basically well maintained and it’s currently developing to a more demanding online journal.
