Abstract

The role of resellers is essential in a sale. Competent resellers are needed to increase sales value. Giving appreciation to the best resellers can motivate resellers to compete with each other. DJ Foundation implements manual reseller selection resulting in the ineffectiveness of human resources and time, accumulation of data, loss of files, and misjudgments. From these problems, a system was designed to determine the best reseller by applying the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method, with the criteria of honesty, loyalty, responsibility, attendance, penalties, and daily targets. The data obtained comes from interviews, observation, and literature study. This research resulted in the best ranking category with a final score of 0.973, so it is suitable for use by users because it can help reduce the accumulation or loss of files and speed up the process of determining resellers.
