Pelatihan Penyusunan Program Sekolah bagi Guru-Guru di SDN 3 Sidomulyo Kabupaten Blora

Abstract

The objectives of this community service activity are: (1) to increase teacher motivation in preparing school programs and (2) to increase teachers' abilities in preparing school programs in the form of school programs. This goal is achieved through training using lecture methods, discussions, demonstrations, and exercises. After the training activities carried out monitoring and evaluation by the Committee to see and assist teachers in preparing school programs. The results show that the community service program is running well and smoothly. This program is able to motivate teachers in preparing school programs and is able to improve teachers' abilities in preparing school programs. Obstacles that arise at the stage of identifying needs and preparing school programs can be overcome by mentoring methods. As for suggestions that can be submitted from the results of this community service program, teachers are expected to have motivation and always cultivate the activity of compiling school programs every year.
