This research had conducted at the three largest universities in the province of East Nusa Tenggara, namely Nusa Cendana University, Artha Wacana Christian University, and Widya Mandira Catholic University. Main purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of entrepreneurial attitude, subjective norm, self-efficacy, and instrument readiness on student entrepreneurial intention. This research processed primary data using a questionnaire distributed to 411 students. The research sample was chosen using the purposive sampling method with consideration of undergraduate students a minimum of the fourth semester. The analytical instrument used is multiple linear regression. The results revealed that entrepreneurial attitude, subjective norm, self-efficacy, and instrument readiness had positive and significant effects on entrepreneurial intention.
