This research aims to develop a new design of education, education management and learning models that are fun, critical, creative, and meaningful to realize meaningful learning in private schools, especially Christian schools. The challenges faced by private schools today, including low competitiveness, weak managerial systems, and academic supervision, as well as limitations in the utilization of digital technology, demand innovation in the management and implementation of learning. This study uses a research and development approach by adapting the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) to develop a digital-based school management system, as well as the ASSURE model to design a creative, participatory, and technology-integrated learning process. The research process began with a preliminary study through observation and FGDs to identify the needs and problems of the school, foundation, teachers, students, and parents. Based on the analysis, two main components were developed: (1) an interactive management information system and a digital collaborative space for parents and the community, and (2) a learning system and digital creative space for teachers and students. Expert validation and limited trials showed that the developed products had a high level of practicality and acceptability. The findings of the study indicate that: (1) the decline in school quality is influenced by school management practices, the quality of school principals and teachers, the quality of learning, and school branding and identity; (2) creative spaces and opportunities provided through an interactive website and 3CM-based e-learning facilitate school principals in managing the school, particularly in instructional management, promotion, and branding, through the creative outcomes of teachers and students; (3) creativity in producing creative works emerges and grows when there is an opportunity to engage in a culture of creativity and a space to publish creative products; and (4) learning activities developed using the 3CM learning model provide students with the opportunity to experience deep learning and enhance their Higher-Order Thinking Skills (HOTS).
