Abstract

Analysis of Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) for Health Center Services in Salatiga City. The aim is to determine the level of community satisfaction with the services provided by the Salatiga City Health Center. The data source for this research is secondary data obtained from the Puskesmas in Salatiga City. The method used is descriptive method. The results of this study are based on 9 indicators of the level of community satisfaction with puskesmas services, Sidorejo Kidul puskesmas is included in the very good category with a value of 3.68 in the element of service requirements, while the element of service fees/tariffs is 3.84 included in the very good category, namely the Kalicacing Health Center, elements of handling complaints, suggestions and service input at the Kalicacing Health Center are included in the very good category with a value of 3.42. From the 5 Community Health Centers, the results of a community satisfaction survey at the Sidorejo Kidul Health Center in Salatiga City in 2022 were 88.07 which was included in the Good category (B)
