Abstract

In Salatiga, Central Java, there are schools from paygroup, kindergarten, elementary school, to junior high school, under the same foundation, that use English as the language of instruction. Along with the demands of society, it is necessary to continue to improve its human resources, especially in using English as the language of instruction. In achieving this goal, these private schools need a bilingual teaching training program for their teachers. This Community Service Activity aims to meet that need. The English Language Education Study Program and the Master of English Language Education, Faculty of Languages ​​and Arts, Satya Wacana Christian University, were invited to implement this Community Service activity which will take place in September, October and November 2023 and May and June 2024 in ten meetings. The activity began with an initial test for 60 participants to determine the group which was then followed by providing daily English language training in the first half, and providing English language training as the language of instruction in the second half.
