Abstract

Teen ministry is a categorical service targeting the age group between children (Sunday school) and youth. Stereotypical pressures, high expectations without adequate support, combined with massive changes due to technological and information advancements, can trigger mental health issues among young people if not managed wisely. Another challenge faced is the spirituality of teenagers. The Communion of Churches in Indonesia (PGI) recognizes the need to organize activities for teenagers and their mentors as a platform to equip both teenagers and mentors with various knowledge and capacities that are expected to empower them in their ministry and everyday national life. Mentorship conducted by experts at UKSW covers issues related to psychological development, talent and interest development, artificial intelligence and its implementation in ministry, as well as environmental care movements through tree-planting activities in villages. As a result, the participants gained valuable experiences, as reflected in the satisfaction survey, where the majority of respondents were satisfied with the mentorship, and 100% of respondents gained additional knowledge.
