Peningkatan Orientasi Masa Depan Remaja SMA dengan Pelatihan “Aku dan Masa Depan”

Adolescence is a period when a person will face various important decisions in life, one of which is a decision about education and careerTo help adolescents build a future orientation, training modules have been designed to improve future orientation in education and career. This training was held in collaboration between the SWCU Faculty of Psychology with GKJ Klampok Banjarnegara and involved 22 high school adolescents. The training methods used include interactive lectures, psychological tests, group discussions, and writing task. Level of future orientation measured by Future Orientation scale at the beginning of the training (pre-test) and at the end of the training (post-test). The results show that this training can improve the future orientation of the participants, especially in the cognitive and behavioral aspects. The results of the evaluation from participants showed that the participants considered that this training activity had material that fit their needs, was presented clearly, and used an interesting method. Furthermore, development modules are needed to be able to increase the motivational aspect and involve parents so that parents and children can have a same view about the child's future.
