DEKOMIGITAL (DESA EKONOMI DIGITAL): STRATEGITRANSFORMASI UMKM DESA DIGITAL SEBAGAI UPAYA PEMULIHAN PEREKONOMIAN PADA MASA PANDEMI DI INDONESIA
Abstract
MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) have a major impact on the economy with
income contribution reaching 60 percent of Indonesia’s GDP. Regardless, 90 percent of MSMEs
affected by the Covid-19 pandemic are not only in urban areas but also in rural areas. Social
restrictions resulted in a decrease in village economic transactions both within the village and
with the surrounding area. Digital village transformation is the main key so that economic
transactions during the pandemic can begin again. The e-commerce-based village program in
Taobao Village, China, is the benchmark for this interpretation. The method used in this research
is SWOT analysis method and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the mapping
(plotting) of the IFAS and EFAS analysis strategy quadrant matrices found that the widest area
in the SWOT matrix is in quadrant one (Strength–Opportunity area) and means that the best
strategy to restore the economy during the pandemic in the village on Indonesia is by digital
transformation. This research resulted in the concept of Dekomigital (Desa Ekonomi Digital)
which synergizes the implementation of e-commerce and the village MSME database, upgrading
the Village Marketing Center (Bumdes), and reforming the go-digital village community that
can realize economic recovery during the pandemic.
