GREEN INNOVATION: A SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW USING PRISMA

The purpose of this article is to provide an in-depth understanding of green innovation from a comprehensive overview, analyzing articles and information through a systematic literature review. This study synthesizes and analyzes 113 literature review studies obtained from the Scopus database between 2011 and 2021, which are included in tiers Q1 and Q2. The methodology used for the analysis applied the PRISMA 2020 protocols. The process was carried out to analyze the number of citations, keywords, journals, mapping themes, theories, and research methods. An in-depth analysis of four research themes was conducted and several future research opportunities are suggested and discussed in this article. Four research themes are green supply chain, green management practices, performance, competitive advantage, and sustainability. Several future research agendas related to the theories used in the research, research methodology used, context and location of the research, and other sub-topics related to green innovation.
