PENERAPAN PRODUKSI BERSIH PADA INDUSTRI MINUMAN RINGAN LIMUN ORIENTAL FACTORY CAP NYONYA

The rapidly growing industry has both negative and positive impacts on the environment. This research focuses on minimizing negative impacts, particularly at Cap Nyonya Oriental Lemonade, a traditional soft drink manufacturer in Indonesia. Using qualitative research methods, including interviews and observations, data were analyzed with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to prioritize recommendations. The study identified three recommendations for waste management at the Oriental Lemonade Factory: creating SOPs for production equipment use, using aluminum sulfate coagulant, and replacing chlorine with acetic acid. The AHP calculation showed that creating SOPs had the highest priority with a score of 3.315, followed by the use of aluminum sulfate coagulant (3.052) and the replacement of chlorine with acetic acid (2.014). These recommendations aim to provide practical guidance for cleaner production and sustainable waste management.
