The pros and cons conveyed by the community are important because they can be constructive input for the government. The applications used to support the research are Orange and Twitter. The data obtained must go through several processes such as preprocess text, sentiment analysis, and testing algorithms to ensure data accuracy before making a decision tree. This research uses Random Forest and Logistic Regression as the research models. As for the results, Random Forest obtains higher accuracy value than Logistic Regression and it is considered that time did not affect the classification. The result obtained from the decision tree is that more people choose to have a neutral opinion on this program. The quality and student performance need to be improved through educational facilities, infrastructure, and human resources. Information system is a technology that can be useful in improving the students’ quality and achievement, by analyzing the student achievements. This analysis is carried out by classifying student achievements from their ability to understand the courses. The data includes 266 students with 12 courses, where each course has two scores, i.e., knowledge score and skill score, based on the 2013 curriculum. This study uses k-means clustering method, where the number of clusters is determined by the Davies Bouldin validity index. Three groups of student achievements are generated based on academic scores, namely high, moderate, and low. As a comparison, the grouping of student achievements is also done by computing the knowledge scores only. About 10.15 percent of all students move to other cluster when calculated with knowledge scores only. Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Kampung (DPMPK) Pegunungan Bintang is trying to use the information technology or IT as a means to spread the information or e-government activity in popular terms. As an effort for realization of its e-government activity, a website with Laravel framework is created using PHP and JavaScript programming language. There are three roles in that website that related to each other. These role are super admin, admin, and a user. The Super Admin and Admin role are divided to minimize unrelated problem to each role and easier to control while changing the website content. This study aims to design a block cipher based on a dribbling practice pattern as a new</em><em> variation of existing block ciphers</em><em>. T</em><em>he principles of block cipher design, such as substitution box, XOR operation, Feistel network, and </em><em>key transposition, are</em><em> applied i</em><em>n designing </em><em>this</em><em> block cipher. The avalanche effect (AE) value and the correlation value between plaintext and ciphertext are used as the</em><em> metrics</em><em> in</em><em> evaluating</em><em> the designed block cipher. The testing </em><em>results show that </em><em>an AE value of 54.687% is achieved when a character in the input plaintext changes. Therefore, there are significant changes in the resulting ciphertext when the input plaintext is slightly changed. Furthermore, </em><em>the correlation value between plaintext and ciphertext is 0.247 (low correlation)</em><em>. Sentiment analysis is the process of extracting a person's ideas, emotions, and evaluations expressed about a certain issue using natural language approaches. Researchers used the Decision Tree approach to do sentiment analysis on the Shopee application rating. The</em><em> goal of this research is to find out how accurate this Shopee app is and what users think about it. The accuracy value of 99.91 percent, AUC (Area Under Curve) 0.999, recall 99.88 percent, and precision value 99.98 percent were obtained using the Decision Tree method using SMOTE (Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique).</em> <em>The accuracy of the Decision Tree method without SMOTE is 99.89 percent, the AUC (Area Under Curve) is 0.950, the recall is 99.88 percent, and the precision is 99.98 percent.</em> <em>Based on the findings of the current study, it can be concluded that SMOTE has an effect on value accuracy and AUC (Area Under Curve), but has no effect on recall and precision values, and that the results are the same whether SMOTE is used or not.
