One of the essential services is the academic information system services. A university must be able to manage its academic information systems to support its students. The student's expectations and satisfaction with the university can be seen, one of them with the value of the academic information system service quality. Therefore, university efforts are needed to improve academic information system services to meet student expectations and satisfaction. To understand the academic information service quality, universities can do a measurement the services that have been provided. The reason for the research is to know whether the academic information system service has an effect and meets student expectations and satisfaction or not. Data were collected by questionnaires. The collected data was tested using reliability, validity, and linear regression using the R programming language. The validity and reliability test results inform that all variables were valid and reliable. The linear regression test resulted in the system quality and expectations variables having a simultaneous effect on satisfaction variables. One of the fintech applications in mobile banking services is the BRI Mobile (BRImo) application. BRImo application users still do not fully trust the security of the BRImo feature when withdrawing cash without an Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) card due to cybercrime, such as cases of online fraud. So in this study, we will analyze security and user satisfaction with the cardless cash withdrawal feature in the BRImo application. This study uses the PIECES framework method with six aspects: Performance, Information and Data, Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and processing data with the help of software version 3.0, namely Smart Partial Least Squares (Smart-PLS). Loneliness in the elderly can interfere with mental and physical health so that it can result in nervousness or depression. This can be circumvented by communication using a smartphone. However, in general, the elderly experience a decrease in cognition, so they have difficulty using smartphones. Several studies have formulated an interface design that is easy to use by the elderly. This study makes a contact book application that makes it easy for the elderly to communicate with family members or relatives. The interface results were tested using single factor ANOVA, task success, time on task, and efficiency. These advantages and disadvantages give rise to social inequalities, especially in rural areas. To minimize social inequality, the government provides village funds that can be used to build facilities and infrastructure, training, and tourism development through Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). The use of village fund assistance is discussed in village council meetings with the community. Some of the obstacles faced in the deliberations are the minimal attendance of participants, less than optimal participants getting information and giving opinions, and the corona virus-19 pandemic. Public concern about the COVID-19 pandemic has turned face-to-face meetings into virtual ones. In this study, public opinion obtained from village e-voting is processed using TF-IDF which aims to give weight to words as a reference in determining development priorities and empowerment needed by the community. After the system is completed, the system is tested with three characteristics of ISO 9126: usability, efficiency, and functional test. The results obtained from testing ISO 9126 are 86.5% for usability, 80% for efficiency, and 75.5% for functionality. TF-IDF generates requests for empowerment, improved facilities and infrastructure, and education. In the word cloud, empowerment becomes the most dominant, depicting it as the biggest. Almost all of the villagers in Cukilan Village work as farmers. Agriculture can generally be done anywhere, but the problem is how to increase and maintain production. For this reason, a classification system is needed to determine the suitability of soil types to plant species. Classification is carried out using the Naive Bayes method. After doing the calculations, it was found that the soil types of brown andosol, brown latosol, and reddish brown latosol have the highest suitability. In contrast, the dark brown Mediterranean has the lowest suitability. The classification results are then compared to the production results. Sweet potato plants have 100% suitability for all types of soil, but their production is not optimal. It was found that there are still many factors needed in the process of plant development, such as temperature, pH, fertilization, etc. Therefore, other calculation attributes are required to get maximum results, k. Factors that affect the students' study period need to be analyzed. In this study, the SMARTER method was used to find these factors. Data were obtained from a questionnaire with 133 respondents. Validity and reliability tests were conducted to determine the validity of the test equipment. The test was carried out with a significance test of 0.05 for the validity test and a reliability test of 0.811, which means the reliability is very high. The data is processed by the SMARTER method. The SMARTER method is a settlement method where the weights are calculated using the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) weighting calculation for each criterion and sub-criteria. </em><em>Actual data shows that the lecturer factor is the main factor that affects the students' study period, followed by student factors, facilities and infrastructure factors, and external factors. From the results of the SMARTER method, it is found that the element that most influences student graduation is the lecturer factor, with a utility value of 15.918. The second factor is the student factor, which has a utility value of 8.297, followed by the facilities and infrastructure factor of 4.425, and external factors of 1.312. This research aims to redesign SehatQ’s user interface to be more user-friendly for elderly users. The object used in this research is SehatQ’s v1.24.0 user interface, where several user interface violations are found in this application that can make it challenging for elderly users. According to ISO 9241-11, quality evaluation can be done by calculating effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction. This study also uses the User Centered Design or UCD method to find out what the elderly need for the application interface, so the research can be said to be right on target. The usability testing results on the redesigned interface showed an increase in effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction percentage value. Widiasari Rissal Efendi <p>Monitoring jaringan diperlukan oleh administrator jaringan dalam mengelola sebuah jaringan. Perkembangan teknologi memungkinkan monitoring jaringan menggunakan protokol SNM<em>P </em>yang dipadukan dengan sistem monitoring menggunakan Zabbix. Penelitian ini dirancang untuk melihat serta memanfaatkan <em>router</em> untuk menampilkan informasi mengenai jaringan. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi adalah kurangnya tenaga administrator serta sistem monitoring jaringan yang belum mewadahi. Dengan ini tujuan penelitian terus dikembangkan sehingga administrator jaringan terbantu serta lebih cepat memecahkan persoalan untuk memonitoring jaringan yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan Zabbix sebagai sistem monitoring yang bersifat <em>open source</em>. Aplikasi ini mampu menampilkan informasi dari perangkat jaringan seperti: <em>Traffic Data, Bandwidth Usage, Network Interface</em>. Hasil uji coba yang telah dilakukan terbukti mampu untuk memonitoring jaringan menggunakan Zabbix berbasis SNMP dengan menampilkan hasil yang diharapkan. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan berjalannya sistem monitoring pada aplikasi Zabbix.
