Perancangan Desain Antarmuka Buku Kontak Untuk Lansia
Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic causes humans to be unable to socialize directly, this has a bad impact on the elderly. Loneliness in the elderly can interfere with mental and physical health so that it can result in nervousness or depression. This can be circumvented by communication using a smartphone. However, in general, the elderly experience a decrease in cognition, so they have difficulty using smartphones. Several studies have formulated an interface design that is easy to use by the elderly. This study makes a contact book application that makes it easy for the elderly to communicate with family members or relatives. The interface results were tested using single factor ANOVA, task success, time on task, and efficiency. From the research results, the interface design that is suitable for mobile phone-based contact book applications for the elderly is a design with a linear list type.
